In ordinary language philosophy, it doesn't mean ordinary as opposed to extraordinary or unusual language. These philosophers had no objection whatever to the idea of physicists establishing their own particular terminology in order to achieve the purposes. They want to talk about language as it's lived, as it's employed in the context of everyday life. The second contrast is probably between the ordinary and what you might call the metaphysical.
