If you can do a pretty good job of managing your stress on the day to day, you're already setting yourself up to decrease the occurrence or severity of burnout. And once again, if you can throw in loving the work and loving the climb itself, then you are slowly bulletproofing yourself against having that extreme feeling. Obviously, there's a lot more to all three of these sections and the book as a whole. But I'd love to get people pushed over to where they can find out more, dig deeper, find out more about you and the work you're doing.
