The Importance of Minimum Viable Product
MVP was supposed to be a bit more about the process of getting something done. If you need to test will people actually use it, you build a minimum product and you watch if you want to see whether people would buy it or something. And I know like the CEO that I work with, he can walk into a room, wave his arms, describe something and people are ready to write him a check. So is that a minimum viable product? But then we have to talk about minimum desirable product. We actually have to deliver a product that engages people that people use because that's what's going to justify the check in the first place.
