I'm intrigued by this menu situation of the person paying is the only one with the prices on the menu. I think the idea is that your guests, theyre not even bothered because they don't want to feel bad about how expensive everything is. It's like, have what you want, don't don't you worry about the money. Only one person is going to worry about theMoney at this table.
