When you talk to a seller for the first time whois contemplating selling their businss, what are some of the most common concerns or questions that they have? I mean, i think it's twofold. Number one, confidentiality. This is not selling a house. We're not going to put a sign on the side of the business saying, ah, this business is for sale. That is not something you want to do. You do not want to tell anybody the business i for sale, even employees,. It can be a sticky thing, depending on who the employee is but you're best off keeping it to yourself.
