With an app with a constrained set of surface area of complexity, we can sort of observe the whole thing by looking at it. It's fine to have a mix of talent on your team, meaning if you have 10 great engineers and five good engineers, I think that you get this pretty good effect. For us with a large amount of surface area, it's actually that a team of 10 great engineers will work faster than a team of ten great engineers plus five good engineers. Does that make sense?
