The Galane Maxwell Case - Is She Going to Appeal?
This is a civil case. It's not like a criminal trial with the fbi or police involved. At some point ye is either going to be a judgment or there will be a settlement, one of the two things. So you as these cases progress, there's a tight time table on this. The judge wants us to go to trial by september of this year. Then that's to focus minds, to get people moving. Now she says she's going to appeal. Can be really interesting to see where that goes. Because she's got to find a good reason to appeal. It's quite difficult to do so in the us.
