Racism begins with an ideology. It's racist ideas, and then it goes down to racist expressions. The third part of the triangle is institutionalized racism. And that is where because of the color of your skin, your nationality, whatever, you're blocked from upward mobility. You can't use institutionalized racism in a general sense as you would with white supremacy. However, within our mustyits, there is a form of discrimination with sometimes borders on racism.
