How to Craft Great Storytelling

All stories have a similar structure. They set up the world for a user scenario. Who's the persona? Remind us quickly about the customers that persona represents. What road blocks are conflicts, does he encounter while trying to use the product? And what product features help him eliminate those road blocks? In a user scenario, this is where you'll justify why various other features are important. Finally, what's the result? Now that he's addressed his need, how does his world change? It's fine if it's a small change. Not every product is saving the world.
