The Rise of Unanchored Centers

If you control a large trade area, you're not limited to just one. You could also have the specialty stores as well. But that groceries are extremely important. Let's now go beyond grocery for a moment. What about unanchored centers? Is there a market for that as a broad category or putting it in a neighborhood? No grocer? What do you think? Clearly, there's a market for it.
