Why do we have these emotions? Why not just for long reason and calculations and computations or the like? That's a critical question. We need emotions to stir the body, to go do things, you know, and to show people we're going to do things. And then the second is just to animate actions, right? The idea that this is an idea that traces back to Thomas Schelling and Robert Frank and so forth.
