Don't Like Apologizing for How You Are

i used to go into situations with people, even people ih'd never met before, with the assumption that they would not like me. But there is no reason to believe that people won't like you. There's no reason for these people not to like me. I think setting the intention is really important,. And then having that, you know, i just my life so much whenct i stopped assuming that people would hate me. You don't lose anything by walking into a situation and being like,  checking with your own intention too.
