How Do I Interrupt a Microaggression?

When confronted about something, it is an e-jerk reaction to say that wasn't my intention or that's not what I meant. You're really getting a gift, especially from somebody that has the courage to speak up when you offended them. The next step is that they can become the person that interrupts the microaggression when they see it happen. And then based on that conversation, decide on the strategy of how to go and address that.
