The Importance of Listening
The theme of listening seems to be coming back and it's such a broad topic. I know that you also feel quite strongly about whatever it is that we mean by listening. In a way, I think listening is sort of settling into my true nature. It's going to be to settle in a space that is as open as possible. Being available moment by moment or experience and are experiencing thoughts and feelings and emotions and whatever is arising.
