Many of these things are within our control. We do need to get good sleep. Sleep is actually really important to metabolic and mental health. If you're not getting good sleep, you are harming yourself. And maybe I shouldn't say easily because some people are really addicted to their screens. Everyone's addicted these days. You have to overcome that addiction.
