What's the Biggest Barrier to Growth?
Growth really, in my experience, needs to be cross functional. There's failure points in that disconnection between any of those functions. Instead of test and learn, verses, i know what i'm doing. I've been doing advertising for 50 years. You know this is a growth leaver. Well, actually, there's a lot of complexity here. If we really want to drive this revenue, we have to look at x y c. That's a very simple example. But i don't think it comes down to this as the perfect formula. It's much more about the whole team needs to be on the same page"
