The average woman is going to be higher in trade Agreeableness Legologically then a man and so if you're higher than that you're not going to be as assertive and aggressive in negotiations. The biggest factor though is just not the Slice of the pie that you're getting but how big the pie is compared to men's sportsMen's sports bring in a lot more revenue So that's going to be a pay gap by virtue of how big the enterprise is. I don't know what the viewership and support looks like for the US women's and national team in soccer But I just don't think it'll be that big Maybe it is maybe you get me wrong.
