The Arrest of Felician Kabuga
French police arrested a man named Felician Kabuga in an apartment near Paris. He is accused of bankrolling a Rwandan militia group responsible for tens, if not hundreds of thousands of deaths during the Rwandan genocide. Over the course of about 100 days in 1994, Hutu extremists killed an estimated 800,000 people included Tutsi and moderate Hutus.
