There is a disturbing mortality rate among health workers across west africa, including people who are working there. When i work for m s f m you could be caught in cross fire of bullets. You could always pick up a nasty disease. Or there's the small chance of kidnap. Do you feel fear? Yes, yes. I can't deny that. And i must admit, i'm preparing to leave. This time i've made sure that my will and that my house and everything is put in order,. so that if for some reason i don't come backat at least it will be easy for my relatives to carry on.
