Is That a Bad Power Grid?

CNN's John Defterios takes on Alex Jones' claim that the U.S. power grid can be shut off by one man at any point in time. This isn't true, and it doesn't have anything to do with a transportation bill passed last year. The law does not require all new cars to have killswitches as part of their safety features. Alex is talking about regulations that have yet to be written and may not be any time soon.
