The Impact of COVID on the Supply Chain

Dean Obeidallah: We have to remember what happens if you just have an intervention in one place and don't look at things systematically. He says COVID didn't change the situation for garment factory workers, but it was used as an excuse to quote unquote cancel orders. When brands cancel orders, he says, they're exercising a contractual right that they have written into these contracts.
