DM automation is really taking off right now or a lot of people are starting to adopt it and it's on the rise. Facebook and Instagram advertising is going to make a huge comeback due to the rise of Facebook and Instagram shops. I G shops was better at converting customers and even the average order value was higher which is crazy to me because we conversion optimize our websites to upsell people, cross sell people give them these incentives. And so essentially you let them decide who where they think the people are most likelygoing to buy.
