There are other incentives that have been developed for a moving forward with drugs that are off patent. Data exclusivity means no one can use your data to mark it. Another important alternative to an extractive capitalist model is the idea of indigenous reciprocity. M n, philanthropy has beena working for us and for others, but it's getting increasingly difficult.
