How to Diagnosis and Treat Sarcoid Adenopathy

The lung manifestation of CVIDs is common variable immunodeficiency. Is this granuloma, this lymphocytic interstitial lung disease that can manifest by either lymphocytic infiltrates or granuloma infiltrates and can oftentimes look like sarcoid. If the adenopathy is not really large and I'm not worried about lymphoma right now, and it's symmetrical and it checks all those boxes that it’s likely to be, maybe I just sit on this. And I might just follow her up in three months with a repeat image and maybe repeat lab and make sure I'm not missing something.
