Do You Want to Do Good in the World?

i want to do good in the world by default, and i want to engineer my life such that that happens, ther i'm inspired or not. The crucial distinction for me has been to see that there's the good feeling we get from philanthropy and undoing good, and then there's the actual results in the world. I recognize in myself that i'm just not very excited about malaria or bed s. And yet, i rationally understand that if i want to save human lives, this is the,. dollar for dollar, the cheapest way to save a human life.
