i was watching the london marathon, and i saw one runner dressed as a chicken and another runner dressed as an egg. This suggests that his dad is dead, but he thinks t he's up in heaven somewhere. To look down on someone can literally mean when you're looking from a higher position, let's say heaven, and you're looking down on ino from above,. But also, in the idiomatic sense, it means kind of er, looking with judgment and lik, you know
