How to Accelerate the Acceleration of Client Retention
Each month I have a theme and September's client retention, so this is a perfect conversation to have really. It starts with winning the right kind of client because if you don't win your ideal target client then you will find it much harder to service them. The next thing is making sure that the whole team on that client account understands the objectives they are trying to achieve. Every quarter do some account development planning which means stopping once a quarter for a couple of hours in high level strategic discussion.
