Taking a Risk on Younger People

Matt, I remember my first week or two on staff at Highland. So 11 years ago, and I started asking people, hey, how long have you been on the team? And never heard much of one or two years. But honestly, I think is greater than that, that we had shared vision and then that we really had a divine flow relationship with each other.
