Market cycles are gong to matter much more. The investor may actually have a little bit of an edge here, because it can be more nimble than the authorities. If you cannot time those cycles, all of a sudden you find your funds in those industries and stocks down 50 or 60 % before they go up again. It's going to be very wild and very volatile. Andand some of the old fashioned market timers will probably have a good time in the next ten years.
