The Role of Dose in Multimodal Analgesia

The dose is anywhere from at least 0.1 to 1.5 Micrograms per kilogram per hour, right? So that's a little bit different than the other kind of infusions that we think about. The way that we tend to do this and I'll use us as an anecdotal example Is that we will simply start it at a modest dose somewhere in the neighborhood of 0.5 Or titrate to affect if that patient's awake alert and voicing some pain concerns And I think either strategy is very reasonable Great Well, I think that's all really interesting and a lot of a lot of fantastic stuff to think about and To keep our eye out for more data as it comes out
