The Lumminger Story

Bob Lumminger was head of global talent at PepsiCo in the early days of what we call strategic HR. He became a sponsor of research with eight other companies that helped translate findings into lessons of experience study. Lominger is now president and chief executive officer of CCL, an international human resources company.
