I would think by the time you're a mid level. Leader within a business you should have some sort of financial discipline. And then secondly, when you look at a use case, maybe a use case doesn't have ROI maybe has negative ROI right what are the benefits versus the costs. If you can't think that through, you know, maybe time to go to business school or take a course on Udemy or something like that.
