A gratitude journal is a place where you can document the different blessings in your life, whether they're big or small. What I tell my clients to do is don't even necessarily have to have a journal where you write it, but just be aware of it. Just being really mindful of your surroundings and of nature in particular can really make a difference between that, the positive energy that you have around you versus the negative energy.
