The ILO have voted to include health and safety as a fundamental human working right. That's got major impacts because that then becomes part of free trade agreements. And I think the more people are using, for example, either the GRI or the SASB, the greater levels of transparency in reporting against those standards. So this culmination of data and standards that people are measured to is positive.
