How to Place Chest Tubes in Your Chest

I like 32 French tubes for this but anything will really work. The key is to try to get one to go anterior and up and the other one to go posterior and down. You've got to find something that allows an interface between IV tubing and one of your chest tubes, the anterior chest tube. What I found is that the adapter that comes in my Salem sump and G tubes that actually attaches the suction tubing to the Salem sump actually is perfect for this.
