External Suballic Version of ECV

You cannot do an external suballic version if there's multi-fetal gestation. Fetal growth restriction is a relative contraindication because the baby is already in a harsh intrauter environment. If that growth restricted fetus also has abnormal dopplers definitely don't put the child under extra stress by trying to do an ECV in that case.
