Stoicism is all about desiring things that are within your complete control and being indifferent to things that you can't control at all. Within the discipline of desire, there's an exercise called circling the present. The whole idea is to relieve stress, fear or anxiety by only dwelling on the right here and now. I'm going just share one specific workout that stoicism offers and how it changes my perspective of career.
