Is India Waiting for a Wrong Move From Pakistan to Take Back POG?

I would like to see India become a major defense exporter. It's not yet a revolution, but eventually one could see major defense deals happening in the future. We should reach that stage as soon as possible. What needs to happen with Pakistan is we don't want to take back POK without Pakistan itself disintegrating. I have no ill feeling for the innocent civilians of Pakistan,. They are the same people as us. Even the Iranians will be happy with it. And India needs this to happen for us to have peace... once and for all on the Western border.
