Are You Stressed Out?
I kind of love the time restricted aspect of it, specifically for people like you and me who are like hesitant on that because it seems like a very low barrier to entry test. So I've never more than like 20 to 30 minutes from just canceling this entire thing and be like, I'm done. But yeah, it's actually look like definitely, definitely. Stress is stresses the killer. And so if I can keep my stress down, then I feel like I'll live a long, hopefully happy and hopefully healthy life.
