Justin: I noticed that this stock has been going sideways for a long time uh the whole rare earth kind of thing going on where it's needed everywhere. China dominates the global supply and that is considered by many to be a national security risk. Justin: It broke out pretty nicely relative strength is acting well let me just switch over to that weekly chart. He says they are still sending their their concentrate to China for processing but again there I think their plan is to vertically integrate a little bit.
