I think it's absolutely okay to change position and change your mind on things as the evidence accumulates so if somebody says the way that we implemented lockdown in the broad swivel things caused far more harm than good I would accept that. People will understand and forgive honest mistakes what they won't forgive is deliberate rule breaking and covering it up.
