What Is the Best Breakfast for Her?

I usually wake up at six 30 a m. And i take about 20 minutes to do my yoga. In the winter, we eat a lot of japanese breakfast. So it's really good for you and healthy. It consists of rice and mise soup. I make what i feel would be fit and good that day when she gets home from work.
