Beef and lamb substitutes are always going to be better for the climate than the real deal. With chicken and pork, the difference won't always be so clear-cut. There are so many variables, deforestation or the use of nitrogen fertilisers which could make your veggie sausage greener or not. It would help a lot if companies were clearer about that.
