The best natural bodybuilder guys and prep coaches now seem to be the ones who are doing the much longer prep periods. They're staying lean for a long long time not getting away from it. Anything above that 200 calories will come from lean body mass stores you're just losing muscle eventually. It's almost impossible over the course of two three maybe four months of even aggressive dieting to lose an amount of muscle actual contractile tissue which would be a legitimate cause for concern.
