The difficulty of defining what we mean even by intelligence or by appearing human on Twitter is different in different scenarios. With respect to bots, a lot of times what happens actually is you have one group of entities that manufacture bot accounts and have them just kind of boost random noise across the platform. And then they will sell access to the bots for whoever wants to use the bot network to kind of promote a certain idea. So there's this kind of like, it's not entirely an automated bot, but it's like a vehicle that different people can get into and do what they need to with it.
