The Great Thing About Leverage

Glen: Leverage creates winners more quickly in real estate than it does in stocks. It also, during the bad times, like we had here, flushes the losers far more quickly as well. The trick is by real estate not too much when the time is right. You can take out a margin loan against your portfolio and people like me say you're crazy to do that. And then we go real estate, take out a mortgage. I think tha just goes with the territory.
