With all that information in hand, you could have people who were in San Francisco or in New York suddenly know what a good house in Cleveland was. And when they find a house they want to buy, they move in really quick. They also do stuff that traditional landlords just wouldn't. One of the things that I thought was really wild is that because it's all so much of its remote, they won't even inspect the property. It'll just make it take a bet and buy it. If you've got enough of a portfolio, it's all going to work out.
