The Head Over the Feet Is the Key to Good Movement

In the textbook, it says that walking is a series of controlled falls where you catch yourself and catch yourself. So by definition, you cannot have full productivity of the intention of your body. There is a little bit that has to account for the fact that you're not integrated 100%. The whole head over the foot is my attempt to simplify the instruction. It's free. And if you pay attention to it and actively do it for three weeks, you said it. Now forget it. You're never going to got to think about it again. That's how you enjoy life.
