The Importance of Community Placement in Northern Ireland
Northern Ireland had a parliament when Scotland and Wales didn't have one. So we were different in terms of the UK, which I don't think was helpful at that time. My own view is that it would have been better for Northern Ireland today. We'll come back to this because this debate rages again in the 70s and 80s and even into the 90s.
