The Key Pillars to a Successful Culture

One of the key pillars to successful culture is a homegrown, greed-upon, central vision. Research shows that it doesn't matter really what those values are but they have to come from within the group. Change is always difficult and there's nothing worse than not changing anything at all. Failure is great because it gives everyone a clean sheet so we've got to change something. It can't be any worse than what we're doing all right.
